Organizata është themeluar me qëllim të: mbështesë stabilitetin socio-ekonomik nëpërmjet fuqizimit të mikro-biznesit në Kosovë.
OSSE synon të kontribuojë në zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm dhe stabilitetin socio ekonomik në fushat e synuara.
Për t’i permbushur qëllimet e saj, organizata do të ndërmarrë, por nuk do të kufizohet vetëm në këto lloje të aktiviteteve:
•Ofrimi i granteve per mikro-biznese
•Ofrimi i trajnimeve nga fusha e menaxhimit të biznesit
•Ofrimin e trajnimeve profesionale
•Ofrimin e granteve per grupe të cenueshme në fushën ekonomike dhe sociale.

The organization is established to support socio-economic stability through the strengthening of micro-business in Kosovo.
OSES aims to contribute to sustainable development and socio-economic stability in the target areas.
To accomplish its goals, the organization will undertake, but not be limited to, these types of activities:
• Providing grants to micro-businesses
• Providing training in the field of business management
• Provision of vocational training
• Providing grants to vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere.
