We are pleased to continue our support for the Makerspace Innovation Center in Prizren.
In May of this year, training sessions for the PowerUp: Digital Career program in Programming and Graphic Design continued with a third group of candidates. A total of 42 young individuals, including 27 in Programming and 15 in Graphic Design, began their journey toward building careers in the digital markets. This program, divided into three phases, is designed to professionally prepare candidates for the job market:
- Training Phase
- Mentoring Phase
- Practical Work Phase
On July, 39 young individuals were certified in Graphic Design and Programming, ready to advance to the mentoring phase of the program.
The 39 candidates from the third group of this program completed their training, with 11 in Graphic Design and 28 in Programming. During this phase, candidates acquired new skills and knowledge in their chosen fields, equipping them professionally and preparing them to proceed to the mentoring phase. Here, they will apply their knowledge by working on real projects under the guidance of program mentors.
The completion of this phase was marked by a ceremony where the candidates received their certificates. The event was attended by program mentors and trainers, as well as representatives from the supporters of PowerUp: Digital Career, including Help in Kosovo and the Municipality of Prizren.
