In vocational training” Fashion Design-Sewing” started on 10 January 2021. The training will last for three months, where 33 beneficiaries are attending the training. Company who is delivering the training is UNI BB, organized by Organization for Socio Economic Stability.

During the training, participants expressed interest in adapting to the labor market and how is the most appropriate way to analyze it. At the same time, it has helped to understand the competition between the participants directly. The trainers have taken concrete examples about businesses and their development in terms of financial planning, marketing, customer service and safety in the workplace for these examples to affect the businesses of the participants.

In general, training participants have expressed that they have been satisfied with the training program content and delivery. Also, the training program aim has been achieved, whereas the training program has up-skilled training participants and has prepared them for the business growth.
